I'm impressed with the clever design and high functionality of this awesome cutting board. The Bamboo Appetito from Joel Robert Axelrod is a very smart solution to a common difficulty (or at least hassle) of ordinary cutting boards. Unlike common boards transfering waste or excess is no problem. With a stainless steel tray below, the board separates to easily allow the user to get rid of cutting waste, or to store food already cut, allowing more working space. When finished simply slide the board off the tray, dispose of waste from the tray, and clean. A very clever product I hope becomes availible soon.
