I love multi-function pieces of furniture...especially when all you need is thirteen bits of wood and two pieces of rope! With these simple ingredients French designer Aïssa Logerot brings us his Extensions project. Make a table, bench, shelf, and desk with simple, visible, do-it-yourself construction. And not only does Logerot provide function, he also brings great style and design to his piece.

    i would jam this up and get myself tied up in there. also, how sturdy could these be? hmm...

    yeah...i wonder about the sturdiness too, but i don't really see any weak points, and the bench looks pretty comfy. i would be impressed if they did obtain a strength in the construction with just strings, but the the pictures could definitely be misleading
