Love these cutting boards from OOOMS design group. The Puzzle Board can be used as just a normal cutting board OR as a serving tray. Got some garlic you need to chop, just use one piece. Got a baguette, use all three! You might be paying a little extra, OOOMS ships from The Netherlands, but this board would be great for any classy kitchen!

    My opinion on this would depend on how well these things fit together. A shaky, unstable cutting board will not end in a good time.

    true. it would have to be super secure. but from the looks of it, it looks like they're well connected.

    But with wood, there is the whole chance of it warping/expanding or what have you, so it would be a concern for me. However, I do really like the Wine holding idea. I wonder if that idea came before or after design of the product.

    ha! i have a sneaking suspision that the wine idea came after!
    regarding the expansion/warping of the wood. i'm wondering how well you can treat wood against these issues, but still make its safe to cut food on? anyone have any ideas??
