Every year Material ConneXion hosts a contest for the most innovative new materials being created to support sustainability and smart design. One such material is Paperlite. This product, made from renewable resources, can replace plastic in the packaging of food without out loosing the strong seal created by petroleum-based packaging. Plus all the manufacturing is Forest Stewardship Council-certified!
